怀揣着对工作的好奇与新鲜感，我拿着厚厚的传单走向了街道上，在我来之前，我想着这回的实践活动肯定特别好完成，但当我真正站在街道上，发现真的是我自己所想，发传单的工作并非我所想，街道上的每一个人的脚步都匆匆走过，没有人的目光会在你的身上停驻。你手中的传单根本就不知道该怎么打扰他们然后递到他们的手里，好不容易看到迎面走过来了散步的两个人，“看一下吧”当我面带微笑将希望在他们面前注入，发现事情并不简单，我把传单递到他们的面前，他们就径直的走过，好像街道上没有你这个人一样。这样的情况还算是正常的，遇到心烦的人也会正好选择你这个受气包将气撒到你的身上。

也并非都是这种情况，有两个跑到我身边的小孩是一对双胞胎，“姐姐，给我们两张吧”这句简单的话语在那一刻绝对的暖心，站在旁边的小孩的妈妈，向我露出微笑，我也报以微笑。我发传单之旅也在跌跌撞撞中完成了。

当我拿到一下午的工资五十万整的时候，没有喜悦，更多的是懂得。懂得了每一份工作都有它的'不易，然而每一份工作都应受到平等的尊重，理解乃至配合。

第一次兼职，感触很多，改变也很多，起码我知道下回我在街道上碰到发传单的人，他们将传单发到我手里的时候，我会接过来，并报以一句“谢谢”。

on the one hand, doing part-time job can earn some money, make more new friends and get some working experience. though doing a part-time job after school can earn little money, that little money can reduce students’ family burden or let them have enough money to spend to enjoy more their college life. in addition, doing part-time job in different places can contact with different people, which is sure to make more new friends. moreover, students can get some working experience from their part-time job, which will not from school course teaching. this experience is good for their career after graduation.

一方面，做兼职工作可以赚一些钱，交更多的新朋友，并获得一些工作经验。虽然课后做兼职只能赚一点钱，但是那点钱却是可以减轻学生的家庭负担或者让他们有足够的钱去花，去享受自己的大学生活。此外，在不同的地方做兼职工作可以接触到形形色色的人，这肯定可以交到更多的新朋友。而且，学生可以从他们的兼职工作中获取一些工作经验，这是从学校课程中学不到的。这方面的经验有助于他们毕业后的职业生涯。

on the other hand, part- time job will take up students’ time and not good for forming teamwork spirit. everyone’s energy is limit. if students let part-time job to share their time, their study time will be reduced. as a result, it will affect their study. and if students go out to do part-time job once they have time, there will be less and less time for them to communicate with their classmates. it is bad for students to form teamwork spirit.

另一方面，兼职会占用学生时间并且不利于团队精神的建立。每个人的精力都是有限的。如果学生让兼职来占用了他们的时间，他们学习的时间就会减少。结果会影响到他们的学习。如果学生一旦有时间就去做兼职的话，他们与同学交流时间就会越来越少。这不利于学生形成团队精神。

to sum, doing part-time job has pros and cons. every student should consider their own situation to choose whether to do part-time job or not. if they can make everything in balance, dong part-time job is acceptable.

昨天，我特意去问老板每天的作息时间，但是老板没有告诉我准确时间，只是说有客人的话就早点起床。我不知道“早点起”到底是几点，害怕自己起不来，就特意定了好几个闹铃，还和玉玉说明天起早的`话一定给我打电话。我把电话音量调到最大，心想这样一定能把我吵醒。

一大早，“大象，大象，你的脖子为什么那么长~”，一阵电话铃声响起，手机控的我第一反应是拿起手机，“喂，你起没？赶紧起啊，我可是定了特别早的铃叫你起床，我还得睡觉呢”。嗯，是玉玉来电话提醒我，一看时间六点了，我迷迷糊糊地坐起来。

终于剪完了，我也成了“蓝瘦香菇”（难受想哭）。唉，终于能休息了，我一下子倒在床上，我——休——息——了！

这次，姑丈让我固定喇叭，我便干起活来。刚开始，我用螺丝和螺母固定喇叭时，因为螺丝和螺母太小，老是固定不了它的位置，我干脆坐在那边生闷气。姐姐看我的样子好像又要放弃了，就走到我身边，对我说：“你现在终于知道赚钱不容易吧。打工不能挑三拣四的.，还有，干活都要讲究方法，不能遇到一点困难就放弃。”然后，姐姐就教我该怎样做，还说我傻，不懂得借助工具。我按姐姐教的方法，先拿起喇叭，再用螺丝、螺母和工具先固定两个角，总共有四个角，但要固定的两个角要形成对角线，要不一下子就会松了。经过一番努力，我终于做出了一个，看着自己做的第一个作品，很有感触，赚钱真是不容易啊！自己平时那么大手大脚的花钱，真的不应该，每一分钱都是父母的血汗钱，我今后不会再乱花钱啦。平时也要多帮父母做些事。

差不多两个月的暑假打工生活结束了，虽然又苦又累，但对我来说是一种很好的磨炼，是我生命中重要的一课！
